OUR EXPERIENCE

CONVERSIONS

Both directors are experienced developers having vast experience in the private and commercial construction industry. David, ran a SME building company specialising in the renovation and extending of residential property around the Birmingham area for over 20 years and having previous experience as a project manager with an engineering background, has proven experience in the construction industry.

Shaun has developed many properties over the years from family homes to a large farmhouse with numerous out buildings converted to modern living spaces. With his past experience as a multiple business owner, he knows what it takes to deliver a project on time and to budget.

Phepson Orchard is situated on the corner of Earls Common Road and Off Goose Hill Lane in Phepson, in the parish of Himbleton. Himbleton is a small parish just to the southeast of Droitwich and northeast of Worcester, with both, within commuting distance.

The area is of notable history and dates back to 956 when it was given to the Monks of Worcestershire by the then King Eadwig. The parish of Himbleton is mentioned in the Dooms Day book as an area of significant history for its buildings and rural beauty.
